EDME takes baking back to school
EDME’s development Baker, Richard Ball, again atended Otley colleges "Big Day Out" on the 8th May. Together with Eve Wade the pair carried out a masterclass on baking and the uses of malted ingredients to the general public.
Richard ably showed the true benefits of EDMEs products in a wide range of applications in baking and by the looks of the empty sample plates at the end of the day the audience thought so too.
