EDME Baker Goes Public
EDME’s development Baker, Richard Ball, attended Otley college on the 8th May to give a presentation on the manufacture of bakery products. Assisted by the QA Manager, Eve Wade, Richard entertained the public and college staff with an informative talk on the processes of baking which was followed by a group participation session in which people got to try their hands at mixing and kneading.
Richard concluded the session with the production of freshly baked bread and delicious pizza’s (which we here, in the EDME office, can verify are exceptionally tasty).
